1. The oil level during the operation of the generator set is low. This time, due to insufficient oil supply, the friction surface lacks oil, resulting in abnormal wear or combustion. Therefore, before starting the diesel engine of the generator set, it is necessary to ensure sufficient oil quantity to prevent insufficient oil and tile burning failure caused by cylinder pulling.

2. With the emergency station of the load or the immediate removal of the load after sudden shutdown, the cooling capacity of the generator set drops sharply after the cooling water circulation stops. The cooling loss of the heating element can easily cause overheating of parts such as the cylinder head, cylinder liner, and cylinder body, resulting in cracks or piston expansion in the cylinder liner; On the other hand, without idle cooling generator sets, the friction surface will be lower than the oil, and the diesel engine will wear out due to poor lubrication when starting again. Therefore, the generator set should unload the load before stalling and gradually reduce the speed, running at no load for a few minutes.

3.
